• 10+ years of relevant experience in Performance testing of Network devices(preferably in Firewall performance testing) • Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management. • Understanding complex distributed systems and awareness of cloud technologies • Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments. • Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection to verify the performance of the applications. • Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis. • Identifying memory leaks, connection issues & bottlenecks in the system. • Publish results and receive signoff from all the stakeholders. Prepare detailed status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues. • Strong problem solving skills and very good time management skills. • Experience in building custom tools or simulators for performance testing. • Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Amazon etc • Strong Networking Fundamentals • Good knowledge of Python • Expertise in Performance Testing tools like IXIA, Spirent, Apache benchmark,Iperf etc • Good command on Linux OS • Identifying parameters for testing • Design Performance Test Scripts based on Requirements • Design effective tests and modelling the loads • Strong interest in learning new technologies, solve complex problems and challenges • Good understanding of CPU, memory, network, and storage hardware as they relate to performance • Participate in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes • Perform Performance Engineering & Performance Improvement activities • Perform tests to ensure performance tuning • Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to improve system performance You will be a critical member of the team, and will work closely with development, Support, and product management teams to drive performance tests. You will have -
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Performance testing of Network devices(preferably in Firewall performance testing)
