Job description
Job Title: Platform Engineer Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Bengaluru / Remote Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a Platform Engineer to build and maintain scalable internal developer platforms and cloud-native infrastructure. You will work closely with backend, DevOps, and security teams to improve deployment reliability, observability, and developer productivity across services. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices and internal platforms Build reusable infrastructure modules using Infrastructure as Code tools Improve system scalability, reliability, and performance across cloud environments Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration workflows Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for distributed systems Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows Collaborate with engineering teams to improve release processes and deployment strategies Ensure platform security, compliance, and high availability standards Troubleshoot production incidents and optimize system health Required Skills Strong experience with Linux systems and shell scripting Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI Familiarity with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack Understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems concepts Experience with Python, Go, or Node.js for automation tasks Good to Have Experience with service mesh technologies Knowledge of secrets management and zero-trust architectures Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments Familiarity with SRE practices and incident management workflows Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced collaborative environments
