LTD. is a custom web and mobile app development company with a team of domestic and international skilled developers who have broad knowledge in a wide range of technologies and frameworks for web and app designing and development. They offer services such as web designing through several designing aspects like Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, Web development, E-commerce web development, Android app development, iOS app development, Xamarin development, Hybrid app development, digital marketing to enhance brand identity, and much more. The organization also believes in developing tailored software by understanding the needs of clients business. ITIO Innovex has established offices around the world, including Ghaziabad, Tampa, Florida, Indore, and Haryana. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a LinkedIn Lead Generation specialist. As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for driving lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn to scale business growth. This includes identifying target audiences, researching and reaching out to leads, managing and monitoring campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and constantly optimizing campaigns to improve results. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related field • Proven experience in running successful LinkedIn lead generation campaigns • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, advertising solutions, and analytics tools • Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques, campaign optimization, and lead generation methodologies • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large amounts of data to optimize campaigns • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling messages for LinkedIn campaigns • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
