In this role, you have the opportunity to Focuses on serviceability engineering and provides SW solutions in the space of Serviceability Platform, Analytics Solutions Platform and Remote optimization. We develop software to install, diagnose, service and monitor medical devices. We also offer tools and methods for the creation and sharing of device diagnostic knowledge using latest technologies. We work with BIU R&D groups, Service Innovation groups, Philips Research, Field and Remote Service Engineers & Specialists to develop the right tools, applications and mechanisms for serviceability.
You are responsible for Delivering Restful API’s with business logic to a front end application and external web services Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented API’s using Java Spring boot Deployments through CI/CD Pipelines. You are a part of IoTHuB and IoTCloud – A solution that enables all Philips service capabilities on premises and remote, like Device Identity Reachability, Service Diagnostics Actions, Remote Software Distribution, Customer Services IP, Device Data & Analytics, Monitoring & Alerting, Collaboration Live. Philips Service Agent (PSA) – On-device agent that enables remote service Philips Support Connect (PSC) – A standard framework with common service tools, with extensibility for BU service capabilities on the medical device Diagnostic Site Server (DSS) - Remote Serviceability Solution to proactively monitor Philips as well as Multi-vendor medical devices Digital Security (IST) - S ecurity solution to protect Philips intellectual property and restrict access to information and application features to authorized users, locally or remotely via RSN or M2M. Analytics Portfolio Analytics Solutions Platform(ASP) – Data analytics backbone for serviceability analytics ASP Content Development – ETL and pipeline development and Integration to enable proactive and predictive monitoring of Philips medical devices Data science -- Model scoring and New model development Remote Portfolio Remote Diagnostic Work spot(RDW) - A single portal for proactive and predictive monitoring of Philips medical devices with data analytics capabilities Common Analyzer Tool (CAT) – A log viewer and analyzer that gives actionable results to FSEs Diagnostic Authoring Work spot (DAW) – A portal to manage diagnostic knowledge lifecycle Operations and Sustenance – A world class back end organization supporting all the products and portfolios of Serviceability R&D.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Strong hands on code development experience in JAVA 8, Restful Service, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Jdbc Template Experience in SQL scripting Experienced in developing and deploying web applications using Spring MVC and Spring boot. Hands on experience in one of the IDE’s – Eclipse or Intellij Experience with Tools- Maven, Jenkins , Mockito Experience in entire software development life cycle from analysis, coding, testing, debugging and publishing using TFS/GIT [CG 50] Knowledge of Angular will be an added advantage AWS Services will be an added advantage Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka will be an added advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills with proven abilities in resolving the complex software issues. Self-motivated and eager to learn new Technologies within a short span of Time.
