Responsibilities • Responsible for successful project delivery by providing architectural design, solution planning, and feasibility studies for projects to support the strategy of the business development team. • Analyze and translate the business development team’s requirements into architectural designs including business architecture, process architecture, information architecture, and technology solutions. • Define guidelines and standards on future architectural directions and frameworks. • Provide governance for application frameworks and infrastructure integration. • Lead technology changes in architecture development, roadmaps, and blueprints. • Foster good work relationships with all the stakeholders to support business growth. • Support proposal development and solution presentation and lead the delivery. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related majors. • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development. Demonstrate a strength in enterprise/system architecture design. • 6+ years’ work experience in designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). Prefer deep understanding with Azure DevOps, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Delta Lake and Lakehouse. • 4+ years’ work experience in defining application architecture frameworks and blueprints for large-scale development efforts. • Deep understanding of system development in cloud environment, including Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). • Advanced experience with Node.js, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Python, and web service integration. • Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure components (e.g., virtual machine, storage, network, database, security, AI/ML, and applications). • Familiar with different application development methodologies (e.g., Agile/scrum, service-oriented architecture, object-oriented analysis and design, client/server systems, web service concept). • Familiarity with the application and integration of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs) in enterprise solutions. • Advanced experience with SQL and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server. • Practical experience in containerized deployment, microservice architecture, and micro-frontend architecture. • Experience in Nginx, Docker, Redis, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, Web Service, WebSphere/JBoss/WebLogic. • Experience in developing single-page applications with Angular2.0 (and above) or React. • Experience in responsive design and CSS frameworks, such as Material2, Ant Design and Twitter Bootstrap. • Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing data processing applications using Apache Spark in Databricks. Capable of writing efficient Spark jobs in languages such as Scala, Python, PySpark, Spark SQL. • Experience in ES6, TypeScript, and Query languages such as GraphQL. • Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time. • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in balancing requirements, managing expectations, collaborating with team members, and driving effective results. • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a desire to continuously learn new skills and technology. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional Or Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related majors. • 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
